Aussie Jumps To New Multi-week Highs Against Yen And NZ Dollar
Thursday in Asia, the Australian dollar surged to new multi-week highs against its Japanese and New Zealand counterparts as gains in Asian stocks increased investor appetite for higher-yielding assets. The Aussie also jumped to a 13-day high against the Canadian dollar and a 6-day high against the euro.
